Clad - Weld technologies private limited established in the year 2017 by technocrats with cumulative experience of 40 years + in the field of wear management and brake down maintenance. Our fully automatic wear plate manufacturing facility and team of trained technicians along with last six years manufacturing experience for weld overlay wear plates under the name of Chrome Clad Inc. which facilitates us to produce complicated customised fabrications out of wear plates. Wear Plates are being used almost worldwide, replacing the traditional wear surfacing technology.
Clad‐Weld wear plates consists of chromium carbides along with other secondary carbides on Mild steel substrate.The type, volume, shapes and orientation of the carbides is optimally designed to combat wear in diversified wear conditions. Also the metallurgy and thickness of deposit is designed to get maximum possible and cost effective life from the wearing component. Clad‐Weld wear plates are the best solution for core sector industries like Cement, Power, Mining, Steel, Material Handling, Heavy earth Moving Machinery etc.

WEAR PLATE MANUFACTURING MACHINE
Fully automatic twin torch wear plate manufacturing machine with an annual manufacturing capacity of 2400 mtr sq. Variety of chromium carbide and complex carbide deposited are offered with variable thickness combinations, like 5+3, 6+4, 8+4, 12+4, 16+4, 6+6, 8+6, 12+6,14+6, 10+8 etc. Straight plates with standard size 1400X3000 MM and customised wear plates as per customer’s drawings are offered.
PLASMA CUTTING MACHINE
CNC plasma cutting machine: - Fully automatic CNC air plasma cutting machine to cut up to 35 MM thickness of wear plates with hardness from 55-68 HRC.
PLATE BENDING MACHINE
Pyramid type plate bending machine capacity: - Width 2500 MM (Max.) and plate thickness 25 MM in full width. Hydraulic Press up to 50 T
